Return Policy
At God and Gi’s Jiujitsu we aim to produce the highest quality products on the market today. If you are not satisfied with your product, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email at godandgis@gmail.com. All returns are to meet the following criteria: unused, unworn, and free from being washed. No returns on preorders, limited edition items, or otherwise stated on product page. Customers have up to 7 business days from the time you received your product to return your item(S). Buyer’s remorse will be considered only on in house stocked items. We do not guarantee that an item will be in stock once sold. You “the customer” will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned items or cancelled orders. Sales are final on all limited edition and preorder products. Limited edition and preorders are final unless defective or faulty.
Once we have approved your return/exchange you may send it back. Please include your invoice with your product for identification purposes of your item(s). Please indicate which action you would like for us to take. You “the customer” are responsible for return shipping both ways. God and Gi’s is not liable for lost or stolen products if we have shipped to the correct address given. It is the “customers” responsibility to follow up with the shipping provider to resolve their lost or stolen products.

Shipping Policy
Order Arrival Time:
Standard shipping in the United States takes up to 4-10 business days. International orders have an extended time of 1-2 weeks. This is dependent on the destination and custom processing. Please allow up to 4 business days to process and ship your product(s).
Shipping Method:
Standard shipping for orders within the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS. International orders are shipped via DHL but can also be shipped via USPS or UPS. On international orders, once your order is processed and sent out, the transit time usually takes 3-5 business days. It is possible that we will ship USPS first class International when the cost of your shipping paid on an order exceeds our cost of shipping through DHL.
Shipping Cost:
Shipping is dependent on your location/country, dimensions of your order, including the product(s) weight. For the most feasible experience in determining your shipping cost. Add item(s) to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button. Please note: you “the customer” are responsible for custom duties and fees levied by your destination country.
International Shipping:
We ship to almost every country worldwide.
Please note: Orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to regular custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. We are not responsible for those fees. We provide a tracking number to verify that we have sent you product, once your product has left the United States, we are no longer liable in any way for your item(s).
